Alternate Jersey

(NOTE: This policy in under review for 2022 and does not apply until further notice)

SCRA alternate jersey reimbursement for youth referees - SCRA will pay 50% towards the purchase of an alternate jersey - red, green, black, blue for youth referees that do 10 games for SCRA.  Just send the Treasurer a copy of the receipt and a credit will be to your on-line SCRA account. Suggested first alternate color is green, followed by red. Blue is less commony used and you can manage without black.

Mileage

(NOTE: This policy in under review for 2022 and does not apply until further notice)

SCRA mileage reimbursement policy which mainly occurs during the winter and spring seasons applies when referees are asked to help support games 30 or more miles away (each way; starting point - Mission Viejo). SCRA will reimburse for carpools (2 or more refs) using the following table:

• 30 miles or greater - $20.00 (i.e., Pomona, Cerritos, Diamond Bar)
• 50 Miles or greater - $30.00 (i.e., Temecula, San Bernardino, San Marcos, Oceanside)
• 75 miles or greater - $60.00 (i.e., Lancaster, Palmdale, Bakersfield)

Parking

(NOTE: This policy in under review for 2022 and does not apply until further notice)

SCRA parking reimbursement policy which mainly occurs during the winter and spring seasons applies when referees are asked to help support games at venues that charges parking.  If the tournament directly reimburses the Referee for parking, SCRA will deny your request. In order to qualify for parking reimbursement, a minimum of 2 referees must carpool into the venue.
