Confiscation
To All:
Apparently there is once again confusion on when and when
not to
confiscate Player or
Administrator Passes. The CSL Office
Staff and
Competitions Chairs have
been swamped with Player and Administrator Passes
that were erroneously
confiscated - far more than last year.
Confiscate Passes ONLY:
for Violent Conduct or Referee Assault, or if the Pass has been tampered
with. Then mail them with a USSF Report
form to the CSL Offices.
(Do not confiscate Passes for ANY other reason)
Additionally:
Use a downloaded USSF Report Form (available on each
Referee's CSL
Referee Assignment system
page) and e-mail to refreport@coastsoccer.com
for:
Violent Conduct; Referee Assault; Referee Abuse;
Touchline
Misconduct or any Injury
that would require medical attention.
(any other situation can be written on the Match
Report)
Use of refreport is not just a convenience. It is an important
part of CSL and Cal South
Communications. USSF Reports sent to
the
refreport address are
immediately received by both CSL, and the Cal South
Disciplinary Chairman. Instruct all your Referees who have e-mail
access to
use this.
