1.        “Collect Per Team” fee calculated at $1.55 per minute for Premier, $1.30 per minute for other games.  Each team pays half the total fee.  For example – U19 match at 90 minutes has a total fee of $118.00.  Each team pays $59.00.

2.        Game fees are collected on the field for CSL spring and fall games (for tournaments - see Note #4).  The referee “R” gets 40% of the total fees and the assistant referees “ARs” receive 30% each.  See the amounts shown in the “Game Fee Paid To” column for the fee distribution based on the number of referees that are present before the match starts.  For example - U19 match with 3 referees, the referee receives 40% of $118 or $48, the ARs each receive 30% of $118 or $35.

3.        The “SCRA Fee” is calculated as 10% of the game fee earned.  For example – the referee earns $48.00 as a referee for a U19 match and would owe SCRA 10% or $4.80.   If you are owed money because you have worked a tournament, SCRA will automatically deduct the SCRA fee and pay you the remaining money that you are owed.  If you are paid on the field, then the SCRA fees will be shown as a debit on your on-line account (see Note #5).

4.        Tournament fees are paid directly to SCRA, do not collect cash at the field.   A check for the game fees (see “Game Fee Paid To” column) can be picked up at the monthly referee meetings (first Tuesday of each month) or will be mailed later that week.

5.        An accounting statement showing the fees you owe or the money SCRA owes you can be found on-line at http://www.scaledlogic.com/scraaccounting.  Credits greater than $20 will be paid each month or entirely by the end of the calendar year.  All debits need to be paid by the end of the calendar year.

6.        If you want to hold part of the tournament fees to offset the SCRA fees you will owe for CSL Spring or Fall games, then go on-line and enter a dollar value in the “hold for dues” cell on your personal information page.

7.       All fees received are considered taxable income.
