PAD Committee Update The Cal South Board of Director's in a continual effort to improve all facets of the Association has completed a compulsory assessment of the current Protests, Appeals and Disciplinary process/structure. This assessment took place over a series of months and took into account feedback from the current PAD Committee, membership feedback, onsite attendance & participation within actual hearings and a comparative analysis as to how the current process aligns with the evolution of the youth soccer market in southern California. In consideration of these findings, the Board convened for a special meeting this past Friday evening and in doing so reached the determination that the current PAD structure needs to be revamped. To this end, we would request that all reporting as it relates to all PAD matters be forwarded to the Cal South Corporate Office address to the Attention of Paul Doty.
