The lifetime membership fee for joining the South Coast Referee Association is $25.00, which is used to cover administrative costs of the Association. There is no charge to a "Junior" Referee (under 19 years old at the time of application) who wishes to join the SCRA.

In addition, all members who receive referee assignments through SCRA are assessed a charge of 10% of the referee fees to cover operating costs, including meeting instruction, room rental, refreshments, newsletter, Entry Level and other clinics, field evaluations and assessments, and other membership activities.
